All classes provide for a hands-on approach to meet
the needs of your company.
A typical class might be the following:

EDGAR Class
Prerequisite:
Windows
Explorer, Windows applications & some knowledge
of the S.E.C. EDGAR process
Optional:
Electronic Word, Excel, WordPerfect file of prior
company filing (prior to EDGAR conversion)
Objective:
Create
an EDGAR document for submission to the S.E.C.
Introduction
and overview into EDGAR process
Navigate
through the EDGAR software by touring menu options
Review
the basic steps of creating a new project, importing,
EDGARizing, tagging, formatting, checking for
errors, and submitting an EDGAR filing
Hands-on
practice creating an EDGAR document
Questions
and answers
Additional
items of instruction may include EDGAR II
conversions and PDF attachments.
Payment for the total class fee, in the form of a check
made payable to KMB Solutions, LLC, must be received at
our offices no later than 7 business days prior to the class
date. Travel costs to the client's facility will be billed
after the actual training. information:

hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Location of the class
will be at the client's place of business or at our offices
at 55 New Montgomery Street. Dress is casual.
